Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases
- Coordinate internal team-building and training events
- Oversee workplace policies and cultural development
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly empathetic, organized, and discrete
- Valid residency and work eligibility in India
Nice to have
- Experience with HRMS tools and recruitment software
- Prior experience in an IT or telecom company
- Knowledge of performance appraisal systems
- Basic understanding of payroll processing
